If you need something for next day delivery and it is getting late in the day, please give us a call to see what we can do. If we have the products in stock, we will make every effort to get it to you for next day delivery. Anything after 4:00pm will not be possible. 

Deliveries

All orders to the UK mainland are available carriage FREE over £75 and any in-stock order placed weekdays (Mon-Fri) before midday will be dispatched the same day!

Our FREE standard delivery option will usually take 1-5 days to reach you with Royal Mail, DPD or Parcel Force, depending on the size of the package. 

If you choose to upgrade to the first class tracked delivery option, you will usually get a 1hr delivery window so that you don't hang around all day waiting.

Some of the products we sell are special order and can take 3-14 days. These products will usually have this information on the product description. We will contact you with a delivery estimate. 

You will will receive a email dispatch note to let you know when your order has been dispatched 

International shipping

With the experience and ability of shipping to over 100 countries you can trust SkateBritain to deliver anywhere in the World. We constantly strive to keep our overseas carriage costs and shipping time to a minimum. When placing an International order our site will quote and estimated delivery cost, we will confirm exact costs before shipping.

When a package is delivered internationally, it may or may not be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

SkateBritain isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed.

How do I pay customs fees?

If your package is subject to customs fees, you will be contacted by the courier with instructions to pay the import fees.   These fees are to cover your local tax. You will not be charged UK tax on your order, so you save the cost there. 

If an unclaimed or refused package is returned to Skatebritain,  admin/ handling fees that may be applied by the couriers will be deducted from the refund amount.
